From London
to Lagos,
and into legacy.

Educated at the University of Ife with a BA Honours in English Language, Sade Balogun spent nearly a decade in London as Managing Director of Esstech Limited, where she quietly built a portfolio of residential and commercial property across South East London.

She returned to Nigeria in 2003 with a clear vision. She acquired parcels of land in Ibeju-Lekki, built irresistible show homes, offered instalment payments, and let quality speak for itself. What followed was not a project, it was a community. Today that community is Amen Estate.

Fondly known as Madam Amen, she is as celebrated for her simplicity and grace as for the scale of what she has built. She is not a loudly visible figure — she is a quietly consequential one.

Lives shaped by
quality & community

Her approach to real estate, and to life, is defined by faith, consistency, and an absolute refusal to compromise on quality.

Having had a good experience of the buy-to-let and new-build property markets in the UK, it was simply a matter of time that I would engage heavily in the Nigerian real estate market, which appeared to be crying out for quality.

— Sade Balogun

With consistency and focus, I made sure I did not spread myself too thin.
